1 Gennaio 2013 Cancellation policy   CANCELLATION POLICY : If you have to cancell your holiday by ourhotels we have the right to cash the first night booked. If you have sent a deposit higher the one night stay ( for ex. deposit for appartments ) we'll send you back the amount received deducted the following percentage : - NO percentage cashed if you cancelled your reservation until 40 days before the arrival, with our complet refund of 100% of your deposit; - 25% for cancellation from 30 to 20 days before the start of your stay by us; - 50% for cancellation from 19 to 10 days before the start of your stay by us; - no refund for later cancellation. << indietro
